Are your products made to order?

Yes. Most pieces are made to order in Brisbane, so you can choose your colour, font and finish.

What are your products made from?

Our 3D printed parts use PLA, an eco-friendly plastic made from plant starch. Many products also feature real timber such as Tasmanian Oak or laser-engraved pine.

Will I see layer lines?

3D printing builds each piece layer by layer, so fine lines are visible up close. It's a natural part of the process and the finish.

How should I care for my product?

Keep pieces away from prolonged heat and direct sun, as PLA can soften at high temperatures. Timber is a natural material, so grain and tone may vary slightly from photos.

How do I install wall-mounted holders?

Most wall pieces include adhesive strips for damage-free mounting, and the mounting plates also take screws for a permanent setup. Adhesive strips can lose grip on textured walls or in prolonged heat – screws are best in those cases. See installation instructions.

Can I order a custom colour, size or design?

Absolutely. Contact us with what you have in mind and we'll let you know what's possible.

How do I add custom wording to dividers?

Choose your options, then add your wording (and colours, where applicable) in the order note at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and items must be returned in their original condition. Personalised and custom items can't be returned unless faulty.
