Refund policy

We want you to love your Jacara Studios piece. If you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Change-of-mind returns

• Contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If an item isn't returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
• Personalised and custom-made items (such as custom wording or custom colours) can't be returned for change of mind.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with a photo as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
